How did the Universe begin?
People like us, who believe in physics, know that the distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.
What is the Universe made of?
For every one billion particles of antimatter there were one billion and one particles of matter. And when the mutual annihilation was complete, one billionth remained - and that's our present universe.
What is the origin of good?
I consider ethics to be an exclusively human concern with no superhuman authority behind it.

Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.
Is there free will?
Everything is determined, the beginning as well as the end-It is determined for the insect, as well as for the star. Human beings, vegetables, or cosmic dust, we all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible piper.
What is the nature of the mind?
A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
How do you find happiness?
There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.

A man should look for what is, and not for what he thinks should be.
What is the meaning of life?
Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
What happens after death?
I do not believe in immortality of the individual-Since our inner experiences consist of reproductions and combinations of sensory impressions, the concept of a soul without a body seems to me to be empty and devoid of meaning.
Who or what is God?
The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable, but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish. No interpretation no matter how subtle can change this.
What is going to happen to humankind?
I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.
What question is missing?
A question that sometimes drives me hazy - am I or are the others crazy?
