How did the Universe begin?
I dunno. I am not a physicist. However, the science of Physics seems to be operating on the assumption that the same physical laws that we know are present throughout the universe. Maybe so, maybe not.
What is the Universe made of?
Elements and energy.
What is the origin of good?
There is no good or evil. These are relative terms associated with actions of human beings and godz.
What is the origin of evil?

Is there free will?
In as much as our brains and internal algorithms allow.
What is the nature of the mind?
Wonderful apparatus capable of understanding our surroundings
How do you find happiness?
Find gratitude, even if the gratitude is only that you can understand the concept.
How do you find truth?
It is relative. Anyone who tells you any different wants your money, time, or commitment.
What is the meaning of life?
There is no meaning, only existence. Get over it.
What is the role of evolution?
It keeps bringing the best of us to the surface.
What happens after death?
I dunno, but it has happened to untold billions and trillions of other life forms.
Who or what is God?
I do not see any reason to imagine the existence of a god.
What is going to happen to humankind?
We will overpopulate, use up the existing resources until our species declines to a level the remaining world will support. Then, we will start growing again and find the same damn ending. Evidently, that is what we do.
